The Coast Restaurant
Carefully curated by Head Chef, Evans Magati, our menu offers a variety of Australian fusion dishes and sharing plates, featuring locally sourced produce from the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast regions.
Our carefully selected bar menu features a range of locally sourced wines and craft beer. You'll also find crafted cocktails from Great Ocean Road Gin and Timboon Distillery, in addition to the classics on our extensive cocktails list.
The Coast is open for dinner from 5.30pm.
LOCAL MAKERS & GROWERS
Our aim is to showcase local producers and artisans, from the highest quality ingredients to the plates they are presented on.
Our dinnerware is hand-made by local Surf Coast artist, Angela Nicholson and water jugs by Anglesea ceramic artist, Melinda Solly.
Modern and elegantly styled, our private dining room is ideal for intimate functions and small groups of up to 20 guests.
Our shared-style menu is perfectly suited to groups with two- and three-course options available.
