The Coast Restaurant
Carefully curated by Head Chef, Evans Magati, our fine dining menu offers modern Australian dishes, featuring locally sourced produce from the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast regions.
Our carefully selected bar menu features a range of locally sourced wines and craft beer. You'll also find crafted cocktails from Great Ocean Road Gin, Timboon Distillery and Bells Beach Spirits Co, in addition to the classics on our extensive cocktails list.
Working in partnership with Aboriginal man Norm Stanley, and Aboriginal woman Nikki McKenzie, we are proud to be showcasing native ingredients in our signature dishes inspired by bush tucker. The Coast's newest menu showcases native flavours like wattleseed and lemon myrtle.
The Coast is open for dinner 7 nights a week from 5.30pm.
LOCAL MAKERS & GROWERS
Our aim is to showcase local producers and artisans, from the highest quality ingredients to the plates they are presented on.
Our dinnerware is hand-made by local Surf Coast artist, Angela Nicholson and water jugs by Anglesea ceramic artist, Melinda Solly.
Modern and elegantly styled, our private dining room is ideal for intimate functions of up to 20 guests. We specialise in corporate dining, micro weddings, elopements and special occasions.
